YES announced today that it has delivered multiple VertaCure XP curing systems to a leading Semiconductor manufacturer. These systems will be utilized in the manufacturing of advanced packaging of AI and HPC solutions,where they will support low temperature curing for multiple RDL layers of 2.5D/3D packaging.
