On Sep. 26th, the 6th Guizhou Zunyi International Chili Expo featuring the theme “Ecological Guizhou chili, super spicy ”was grandly opened in Xinpu New District, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province.

It is reported that this “Chili Expo” has reached 51 cooperative projects involving chili production, processing, and sales, with a capital of 3.435 billion yuan, of which 20 investment projects in the chili industry were signed at the opening ceremony. In addition, award of the “Top 10 New Excellent Varieties of Chili, “The Most Influential Brand in the National Chili Industry”, and the “Top Ten Counties in the National Chili Industry” were also presented at the expo.

In the past 5 years, Guizhou Province has successfully held 5 Chili Expos, witnessing and recording the vigorous development of Guizhou’s chili industry. Chili Expo has become an important platform featuring China and the world’s chili industry and cultural exchanges and cooperation.

It is reported that during this “Chili Expo”, there will be project observations, business talks, appreciation activities of provincial and municipal chili industry associations, business investment communication, and exhibition and sales activities of various chili products, packaging, machinery, etc. At the same time, the “Online Chili Expo” is used to carry out online display and sales and livestreaming e-commerce, combining both online and offline efforts.
