The side plate of the open foaming process is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic, the aluminum alloy reinforced profile is added in the middle, and polyurethane foaming material is sprayed. The inner plate is made of PP-FRP plate, and the foaming material is directly foaming and self-adhesive molding. Therefore, the overall weight is light and the air tightness is better. 70MM plate thickness unit weight=3290 foam weight+2.64 glass fiber reinforced plastic outer plate+1.56 thermoplastic inner plate+aluminum reinforced profile=10.23KG/m2, about 30% lighter than the traditional process.
