From October 24 to 26, 2025 Yellow River Estuary (Dongying) Off-Road Vehicle Race took place at the Yellow River Estuary Lantian International Circuit in the Modern Agricultural Demonstration Zone of Dongying City in east China’s Shandong Province.

Hosted by the Shandong Sports Federation and the Dongying Municipal People's Government, the event was co-organized by Dongying Municipal Bureau of Sports, Dongying Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, the Administrative Center of Dongying Modern Agricultural Demonstration Zone, the Dongying Cultural Tourism and Sports Development Group, and Dongying Media Center. It aimed to build a top-tier sports gala integrating high-level competition, regional culture, and public participation.

Leveraging Dongying's unique natural landscapes and a professional race track, the event provided off-road enthusiasts with a thrilling opportunity to challenge themselves and compete at full throttle. The upgraded multi-vehicle off-road track—enhanced with additional natural and artificial obstacles—delivered both intensity and visual spectacle. During the race, drivers showcased their superb competitive skills by maneuvering through the track with skillful drifting, precise control, and indomitable spirit.

The event brought renewed energy to Dongying in this golden autumn season. Beyond serving as a platform for drivers to compete, the race was also a vivid practice of Dongying's commitment to integrating "sports + agriculture" and "events + cultural tourism". During the event, Dongying Cultural Tourism Group launched special "racing + tourism" packages. With their event credentials, drivers and spectators could enjoy preferential prices for local delicacies and witness the spectacle of the "convergence of the yellow (Yellow River) and blue (Bohai Sea) waters".
